Education

• Medical School: Dr. Rakowski graduated from Temple University.in 1965 with a degree in Biology and received his MD from Hahnemann Medical College in 1969.
• Residency: Dr. Rakowski has completed his Medical residency at Georgetown University.
• Fellowship: Dr. Rakowski has completed his Medical Nephrology fellowship at Georgetown University. Dr. Rakowski was on the full-time faculty at Georgetown until 2003. He joined the Virginia Nephrology Group after retirement.
• Board Certification: Dr. Rakowski is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
