Nicole de las Alas, FNP-BC

Biography

Nicole de las Alas, FNP-BC, is a board-certified internal medicine and nephrology specialist. She earned her medical qualification from The Catholic University of America.

At Virginia Nephrology Group, Ms. de las Alas provides comprehensive care for patients with kidney disease, with a strong focus on nephrology and cardiology.

Ms. de las Alas’s care philosophy is grounded in compassion and empowerment: “My philosophy of care centers on compassionate and evidence-based management of kidney disease. I strive to empower patients through education and collaboration to maintain optimal health and quality of life.”

She speaks basic Tagalog and Spanish and is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Philippine Nurses Association. Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling with family and friends, staying active through group fitness classes, and making music or watching live music.
